This Cascahuin extra anejo has spend 12 years maturing in the fields and after undergoing traditional processing, a further 4 years maturing in American oak barrels. This is truly a timepiece in a bottle. It exudes a bold cooked agave profile with notes of coffee, cinnamon, vanilla and oak.

A true family owned tequila which has been produced since 1904. Cascahuin is now led by the 4th generation of family members. Produced in the Tequila valley, only the highest quality agaves are selected which reflects in the authentic flavours in the bottle. Cascahuin only uses traditional and artisanal techniques throughout its production and is influenced by the skill of the master distiller to achieve that incredible flavour.

AROMA: Dried fruit with pear, raspberry. Almond, vanilla, and caramel.
TASTE: Full bodied with the same dried fruit notes with cooked agave as well. Oak, nutty with almond, and light sweetness with vanilla and caramel. Finish : Long lasting and prolongs dried fruit notes with a little bit of cherry, and the same nutty and sweet notes from before.
