Calle 23 is the brainchild of French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq. She sources her agave's from the highlands of Jalisco between the town of Tepatitlan and Arandas. She double distills each expression seperately. Using her science background, she has perfected the art of tequila production, with a huge emphasis on the yeast that is used during fermentation.

Multiple award-winning including Double Gold and Gold at the San Francisco spirit competition.

AROMA: Some dried fruits, cherry, mentol and cigar.
TASTE: Super creamy, chocolatey and rich. Strong notes of caramel and toffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon. There is still some agave fruit shining through, though it's more of a baked, roasty flavor than the younger expressions.
