Arquitecto

Arquitecto tequila blanco is a superb tequila that has been created from high altitude agave which are grown in the highlands near the town of Atotonilco. This is the same area from which the Master Tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca comes from giving him in-depth knowledge of the terroir. It is a small batch tequila with only 1 release currently in the market. The distillery Tequilena (NOM #1146) is well known and highly respected. This distillery also puts out the likes of Don Fulano, ArteNOM Seleccion, Tears of Llorona to name but a few.

Importantly Arquitecto tequila uses only mature agaves and is certified additive free by tequilamatchmaker.com. Production methods for Aquitecto tequila include the use of low pressure autoclave, roller miller extraction and deep well water. The spirit is double distilled in copper pot stills at 42.5%abv before being bottled.
