Mijenta is an award-winning, additive-free, sustainable tequila from the highlands of Jalisco that celebrates the traditions of Mexican culture and embodies the best of the land and its people.
Using only ripe agaves from Los Altos, deep well water and a meticulous production process, Mijenta tequila is complex and balanced. Bold yet refined.
AROMA: Watermelon and bananas with cinnamon, oak, cloves and vanilla.
TASTE: Peppery heat with cloves and cinnamon accompany the same fruity notes you get on the nose alongside creamy, sweet cooked agave. The texture is full and oily just like the Blanco. Finish : Long and crisp with good balance between sweet and spicy flavours.
BARREL: 6 months in American, French Oak and French Acacia casks
